When your baby’s (of any age, who are we kidding, they are always our babies!) ready to take that first big leap into organized sports or activities, whether for the first time or just the first time since early 2020, you may have some questions…here’s a quick FAQ to help address some of them!
No matter what your family’s tumbling interest or experience level, your child is guaranteed to come out of each class having worked hard, played hard, with new goals set, and built on their enthusiasm for movement and fitness.
It's a good fit for active kids that enjoy tumbling, martial arts, and/or obstacle courses who enjoy a less traditional approach to fitness. Playful as it may be, don’t be fooled: Parkour requires extreme strength, endurance, flexibility, and skill to master the moves.
I kept seeing posts of a friend’s daughter doing back handsprings on Sport of Cheer’s long, runway trampoline with such glee. This looked right up our alley, but what caught my attention most was her mask.
When your kids are happy and chasing their bliss. When they have space to ‘just be kids again’ - it is only then that I have been able to see the new growth ready to blossom and that I can take a rest.
